    This patient was unhappy with the small size and droopy shape of her breasts. She underwent a breast augmentation and circumareolar mastopexy at the same time. This procedure lifts the breasts more than an implant alone, while limiting the incisions to around the areola only. Silicone gel 371 cc implants were placed under the muscle.
