    This patient was unhappy with the contour of her arms after 80lb weight loss. She was felt to be a good candidate for the “limited incision” arm lift (brachioplasty) due to the relative modest amount of skin laxity. This procedure improved the shape of her arms while limiting the incision to the underarm area.
