    This 39 year old woman had Sientra textured shaped, moderate cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 275 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. Structural fat grafting was also performed on her left breast. Postop photos at 3 months
