This 42 year old woman had Sientra textured shaped, moderate cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 275 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. This patient was a 32 A cup and is now a 32 C cup postop. Her inframammary fold was lowered to provide her with a natural looking result from breast augmentation.
