This 40 year-old woman presented to Dr. Friedman with complaints of loss of volume and “sagging” of the breasts after nursing three children. She also complained of abdominal skin laxity and excess fat with an umbilical hernia.
She underwent a mommy makeover, consisting of breast enlargement with 360 cc subpectoral saline implants, mastopexy (breast lift), extended mini tummy tuck, and umbilical hernia repair.
