This is a young female who never could get rid of the excess weight in her chin despite exercise. On exam she had a small chin and this contributed to the blunting of the neck and lack of definition. We decided an in-office chin implant combined with liposuction and a neck lift was appropriate procedures for her complaints. Here she present 3 months after surgery. One can see a much more refined jawline and improved facial harmony
