This 46 year old female underwent revision rhinoplasty for severe nasal tip collapse. Not only was she not breathing through her nose, but the negative pressure vacuum created from her collapse was causing severe nose bleeds. Results demonstrate a 6 month result of revision open septorhinoplasty. Cartilage from her own septum was used to create supporting grafts to give the tip a better shape. Aesthetically her tip was deprojected and her nasolabial angle was improved to remove the "pulled" appearance.
