45 year old man treated with Forehead Lift

Patient with significant wrinkles in the forehead (horizontal rhytids) and feminized eyebrows due to Botox. Patient underwent Endoscopic Biplanar Forehead lift /Brow lift and upper lid surgery (blepharoplasty) under pure local anesthesia without IV sedation or general anesthesia. Postoperatively, patient's forehead has a smooth appearance, his eyebrows are in normal position and have a masculine shape and position.
