    This 24 year old patient lost over 100 pounds, she was seen in consultation to discuss concerns about changes of her breasts and abdomen. A tummy tuck, breast augmentation with 400cc moderate plus profile implants and mastopexy were all performed. Postoperative photos were taken 71/2 months after surgery.
