    This 25 year old presented with severe skin laxity and sagging of the breast following significant weight loss. She underwent an extended mastopexy to remove loose skin along the bra line and a 400 ml Moderate Plus silicone gel implant was placed. Postoperative photos taken at six weeks following surgery.
