This is a patient who had a previous rhinoplasty which got infected. As a result of both, she had areas of retraction as well as actual loss of tissue. In the revisional surgery, I had to employ some of the techniques I use in reconstruction. This included the use of local flaps, full thickness skin grafts and rib & ear grafts.
