This 39 year-old patient elected to undergo immediate bilateral breast reconstruction by expander/implant technique. Immediately following her mastectomy, low height expanders were placed on each side. Following ten weeks of tissue expansion, she then underwent expander removal and placement of 375 cc MP gel implants as an outpatient procedure. Bilateral nipple flap and tattooing was then performed 3 months later to complete the reconstruction. Photos taken 12 weeks following final surgery.
