45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

This 50 year old patient chose to complete her chemotherapy before undergoing delayed breast reconstruction. Two years following her right mastectomy a 2 stage expander/implant reconstruction was performed. Following the initial phase of right breast expansion, a permanent right 450 cc silicone get High Profile implant was placed and a left 275 cc silicone gel Moderate profile implant placed to enhance symmetry. Postoperative photos at 8 weeks.
