Lower face and necklift with laser resurfacing of mouth wrinkles - avoiding a pulled look

    This 56 year old female was very bothered by her neck and underwent lower face and necklift (sub-SMAS) with Sciton TRL laser resurfacing of wrinkles around the mouth. She was able to achieve a beautiful jaw-neck line without having the "pulled" appearance.
