Breast Lift with Implants

    This patient underwent breast lift surgery with Saline implants. The implant was inserted through the same incisions used to remove the excess skin and lift the breast. The implant was inserted behind the pectoral muscle (submuscular), which gives a more natural appearance, and interferes less with subsequent mammograms. We filled the implant to 425cc, which we find helps to prevent wrinkling and rippling.
