This is a young Asian gentleman who wanted to improve both his profile and front view by refining the tip along with improved height of the nasal bridge and nasal tip projection. Here he is approximately 6 months after surgery. External approach was used and the incisions are very difficult to see. Overall this is a very natural subtle result. Asian rhinoplasty is a complicated surgery requiring extensive cartilage grafting at times and attention to detail regarding the patient's anatomy and skin quality along with the complementing features of their face.
