My patient had undergone a 160lb weight loss after bariatric surgery. He had heavy eyelids, bags under the eyes, neck banding and jowling, with severe volume loss in his face. His under eye area was exacerbated by both the under eye fat bags as well as the volume loss in his cheeks. He underwent a Face and Necklift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, and a Fat Transfer to return his youthful cheek contours, soften the under eye hollows and the nasolabial and marionette lines. The Upper and Lower eyelid surgery awakens his eyes and the face and neck lift improves his facial contours.
