    My patient was not happy with her tired appearance and heavy neck. She has hollowed cheeks and under eyes and heavy jowls with hanging neck skin. She underwent a face and neck lift with a facial fat transfer to her cheeks, under eyes and nasolabial and marionette area with wonderful improvement in her facial volume an neck profile.
