Breast Reconstruction Second Surgery

Our patient underwent a mastectomy and breast reconstruction with another practice. She was not happy with appearance and feel of breast postoperatively. This patient was also experiencing pain, likely from implants which were too large for her frame. Surgery: Bilateral Implant Exchange to smaller implants and fat grafting.
Implants: Sientra Textured Shaped Oval Base Moderate Projection 550cc.
After surgery, patient’s nipples were reconstructed and tattooed.
