    Female patient that underwent a closed rhinoplasty for nasal reshaping that included reduction of a large nose with a dorsal bump and bulbous tip. The patient also had placement of a chin implant to balance her profile and facial reshaping that included a buccal lipectomy and facial fat grafting.
