    Showing before and 1 year after face and necklift in this 72 year old patient who simply wanted a "refreshed" look. She underwent lower face and necklift with transconjunctival (no incisions) lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She has also had Botox to soften her look and Juvederm Voluma to help volumize her cheeks.
