This 38 year old augmentation mastopexy patient had Sientra textured shaped moderate silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 350 cc were placed under the muscle with a bilateral vertical incision with reduction of the right breast volume. This patient was a 36 C cup bra size preop and is now a 36 DD cup.
