Breast Augmentation Surgery - Silicone-Gel Implants

This 29-year old patient from Campo, California (East San Diego County) was unhappy with the size of her breasts and was interested in breast augmentation surgery for several years. After having 3 children, the patient decided it was the right time to go forward with surgery. During her consultation, the patient expressed she wanted to increase in size, while still look natural. In order to achieve her desired look, 339cc silicone-gel breast implants were used in both breasts with submuscular placement, because the patient has very little breast tissue, the silicone-gel implants would significantly reduce the amount of rippling, and the breasts would look and feel more natural. The patient is now 3-months post-op surgery.
