    This 33 year old woman disliked the dorsal hump and “hooked appearance” of her nose and wanted a rhinoplasty. She underwent open rhinoplasty with reduction of her dorsal hump as well as Weir excisions to narrow her nose. She is shown at 4 months after rhinoplasty.
