    This 42 year old mother of three children came to my office to discuss breast augmentation and body contouring surgery. Following her pregnancies she lost all of the weight that she gained while pregnant; however, her breasts lost some volume which she did not like. She also wanted to remove excess skin of the abdomen, tone her abdomen and tighten her abdominal muscles.
