    Pt. is a 60 year-old Caucasian female who underwent laparascopic gastric bypass surgery and lost about 120 pounds. Her highest weight was 253 pounds and her preop weight was 140 pounds. She complained of hanging, loose skin of her upper arms and chronic rashes. She desired to wear short-sleeved shirts. She underwent bilateral Brachioplasties (Armlifts).
