29 year old female who is unhappy with the appearance of her breasts having lost volume as well as having a noticeable asymmetry. Procedure performed bilateral mastopexy augmentation with differential size high profile silicone breast implants. Implants used high profile silicone gel 400ml Rt , 325ml Lt. Ht 5'6 Wt 155. Post operative photos taken at 2 months.
