Patient is a Norwood Class 5A with medium brown, fine, straight hair and a donor density of 2.3. Results after one session of 1,750 follicular unit grafts. Note that the patient had a mini-micrografting procedure on the top of his scalp that was far enough from the hairline to be completely camouflaged by the subsequent hair transplantation procedure. The left photo is before the hair transplant. The right photo is after the hair transplant.
