Breast Lift with Implants in a patient with larger breasts

Some women with larger breasts that are sagging wish smaller, lifted breasts. The standard breast reduction techniques may suffice but they do not give the superior fullness that some desire. Although a reduction lift with placement of implants is a complex procedure and individual results vary, it can provide very nice results. Notice also the reduction in areolar diameter. This is possible with some of the lifting and reduction techniques. I placed a saline implant in this woman in addition to an anchor type of lift to improve her superior fullness and assist in her contour.
