    This 30 year old patient was interested in having a breast lift and breast augmentation performed in order to achieve more round breasts. After pregnancy, the patient was not happy with the appearance of her breasts. She found Dr. Pousti through www.realself.com. She proceeded with surgery and the patient is currently 6 weeks post surgery and has bilateral 465cc silicone gel breast implants and a lift.
