25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

This 29 year old patient was interested in breast augmentation surgery in order to achieve larger breasts with more cleavage. She had been thinking about breast augmentation for 10 years and finally came to see Dr. Pousti. He determined that silicone gel would be the best choice for her and the patient proceeded with surgery. She is currently 3 years post surgery and has bilateral 400cc implants.
