    This 37 year old patient was interested in breast augmentation surgery to achieve more slope and cleavage in her breasts while maintaining a natural look. After pregnancy, she was unhappy with the way her breasts looked and the lack of fullness they had. She found Dr. Pousti through a friends referral. She is currently 8 weeks post surgery and has 320cc (right) and 300cc (left) silicone gel breast implants.
