This 29 year old was interested in revisionary breast surgery after being left extremely unsatisfied from her breast augmentation results with a previous surgeon. Upon examination, Dr. Pousti confirmed the patient needed breast revision surgery to repair "bottoming out" of her implants. Dr. Pousti performed capsulorrhaphy, internal sutures and use allograft to repair the breast pockets. The patient's previous implants were replaced with 700cc silicone gel implants. The patient is now 10 weeks post-op.
