18-24 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

This 23 year old was interested in breast revision surgery after four previous breast surgeries left her unsatisfied with her breasts. She wanted to achieve as much symmetry as possible, larger and rounder breasts, and wanted to correct her bottomed out right breast. Dr. Pousti performed bilateral capsulorrhaphy (internal sutures) to repair the patient's breast pocket and used allograft for the skin to grown on and around. 616cc silicone gel implants were used.
