25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

This 33-year-old patient was post-breast revisionary surgery performed by another surgeon. The patient was unhappy with the results of her previous surgery, which left her with significant complications. She had rippling present in the right lower breast implant and wanted revisionary breast augmentation surgery. After meeting Dr. Pousti and discussing the risk and complications of her surgery in detail, the patient decided to proceed. Dr. Pousti recommended the use of AlloDerm tissue to help with the left breast. He preformed bilateral breast revisionary surgery with use of allograft in right breast, limited capsulectomy /capsulotomy of left breast, and bilateral breast re-augmentation. The patient is now 5 days post-op.
