Shaped Breast Implants

This woman in her early thirities came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals from breast augmentation included a better figure balance and a natural slope in the upper breast.. She ultimately chose to use textured teardrop shape implants slightly larger than her fill volume of 225cc. I used 240cc Classic Base (taller than wide) moderate projection Sientra implants placed the implants under the muscle (dual plane) using an incision underneath the breast (inframammary).
