45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

This 51 year-old patient wanted to have breast revision surgery to correct her left breast from capsular contracture and rippling. Capsular Contracture or encapsulation is when the scar tissue that is encapsulating the implant and releasing the tension around the implant and can cause discomfort and pain. Dr. Pousti preformed breast revisionary surgery on the left side that was encapsulated. Scar tissue and old implant that was removed from the left breast and allograft was used to improve the left side. She is now 4 months post-op.
