25-34 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

    This 26 year old female was status post breast augmentation surgery. After a car accident, the patient noticed that her breast implants were different and must have been displaced in the incident. She came in to see Dr. Pousti and together they discussed the options to achieve the goals of the patient. The patient decided to have revision breast surgery performed and took Dr. Pousti's recommendation of capsulorrhaphy. Capsulorrhaphy (internal bra) is used to close off the breast pocket in order to prevent displacement. The patient is currently 5 months post her revision and has bilateral 850cc saline breast implants.
