In old hair transplant procedures, multiple rows of plugs created a low, broad hairline that forced the patient to wear a hairpiece for years. Four sessions of graft excisions and re-implantation were needed to completely remove and re-distribute the abnormal plugs in this patient. Note that there is little trace of the excised grafts. No additional hair was transplanted. The left photo is before the hair transplant repair - right view. The right photo is after the 4th hair transplant repair session - right view.
