A 27-year-old is show pre-op and at 1 year post-op in the frontal view, and at 6 weeks post-op in the oblique view, showing correction of severe deformity and degree of early scarring versus appearance of mature scarring at 1 year. She is 5' 7' and 140#, with 425cc right and 475cc left implant volumes using moderate plus profile implants placed via the transaxillary approach. Outcome volume is C-cup, and the remote transaxillary incisions were used to preserve full muscle coverage integrity for support, and to avoid contamination of implants, and potential soft tissue vascular compromise that may have occurred with a placement route through the lift incisions.
