A 36-year-old is shown before and 18 months after bilateral augmentation with split volume implants (375 cc right and 325cc left) along with a vertical mastopexy on the right and full mastopexy on the left. She is 5' 4" and 140#. There is also underlying chest wall asymmetry with scoliosis, complicating the symmetry issues. Results are shown at 18 months, with the mastopexy scars fully resolved, and barely visible. The geometry and volume differences were corrected with the choice of implant volume and asymmetrically planned lifts. She has achieved a symmetrical D-cup result from an asymmetrical B-cup starting point.
