    This 36 year old woman had Sientra moderate profile, textured shaped cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 350 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. She went from a bra size 32 B cup and is now a 32 DD cup.
