    This 37 year old woman had Sientra moderate profile, textured shaped silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 350 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. She went from a bra size 34 A / B cup and is now a 34 D / 36 C cup.
