    52 year female, 5'8" and 158lbs. Lost 169lbs after gastric bypass. She wanted to remove the excess upper arm skin. I performed a brachioplasty on both arms and removed about 65 grams of skin and fat from each arm. Her frontal post-op photos are at 21 months and her posterior post-op photos are at 7 months. These photos are her left arm.
