26 year old woman concerned nasal deformity, a deviated septum, and a bump on her nose post trauma consulted with Dr. Kris Reddy FACS. The deviated septum led to her having difficulty breathing. Dr. Reddy performed septoplasty and rhinoplasty procedures. The rhinoplasty reduced the bony width and rasped the dorsum. The septoplasty corrected the septal deviation and removed the obstruction.
