B-cup to D-cup at 1year --
A 36 year old was seen with grade 1 ptosis, low breast bases with low folds, volume asymmetry and chest wall asymmetry, and desire for large volume outcome. Transaxillary augmentation with Benelli Mastopexy was done with results shown at 1 year.
Volume and chestwall asymmetries were offset with split volume implants.
