    33 year old 5’ 3” 400 cc moderate profile implants bilateral A/B-cup to C/D-cup shown at 4 months A 33 year old is shown before and 4 months after transaxillary breast augmentation. Note that the divergent cleavage configuration seen pre-op is also seen post-op, as implants will increase breast volume, but will not change fundamental breast shape and breast base fold orientation.
