45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Implants

This 45-year old patient was unhappy with her post-weight loss body. The patient lost about 65 lbs from dieting and exercising. After her significant weight-loss, due to skin laxity, she was left with loose excess skin around her abdomen area. The patient was interested in tummy tuck surgery abdominoplasty , breast lift mastopexy and breast augmentation surgery, also known as a mommy makeover. The patient is now 11-months post op surgery with an extended tummy tuck standard tummy tuck with back lipectomy was performed with abdominal muscle repair, along with a full breast lift for fullness and saline breast implants filled to 390cc in both breasts for volume.
