This 39 year old patient was interested in breast augmentation and a stage 1 breast lift in order to achieve breasts that had more fullness. After pregnancy, she was unhappy with the look of her breasts. Dr. Pousti recommended silicone gel breast implants with a benelli lift in order to achieve the goals she wanted. The patient proceeded with surgery and is currently 7 weeks post surgery. She has bilateral 405cc silicone gel breast implants.
