Silicone Breast Augmentation with Inverted T Mastopexy

33 year old female, 5'7" tall and 140 pounds, wants a breast lift and augmentation to get her pre-pregnancy shape back. She is a 34B and would like to be a small DD.700cc. high profile silicone implants were placed through an areolar incision under the muscle. An inverted T breast lift was also performed. Follow-up photos were taken 3 months later.
